Our Approach

It can feel impossible not to spiral in the midst of a separation or divorce, and intimidating thinking about structuring your future during this process.

Our approach to creating a successful separation and divorce plan is based on strategically walking through the following areas with our clients:

Structure Productive Communication

Create a plan for communicating with your spouse, ex-spouse and/or co-parent that is clear and productive.

Set up a long-term divorce and co-parenting structure

Walk through personal needs and goals and create a plan that both parties can follow.

Create a foundation of support

Find the right legal advice, therapist, financial planner, realtor, etc.

Forecast Realistic Expectations

Avoid common pitfalls in divorce with forethought and planning.

Avoiding the Downward Divorce Spiral

It is important to start with the right outlook, realistic expectations, and good resources to avoid the uncontrolled spiral that many couples fall into with divorce. Without this forethought, many divorces and separations can be filled with contention, bitterness, resentment, and destructive behavior. These behaviors can become patterns as the years progress, and they commonly destroy what could have been an amicable future. This spiral affects everyone involved, but it is particularly difficult for children.

discover your goals

Whether you’re just thinking about a separation, you’re deep into the divorce process, or you are divorced and trying to modify your plan, coaching and mediation can be a good step toward meeting your final goals.

Create Something New

Invest your time and resources now into a better future for yourself, your kids and even your co-parent.

Choose a Better Future

When you choose a different outlook, you choose different actions. When you choose different actions, you are choosing a better path and future for yourself and your family. My mission is to guide you through this transformation, ensuring you emerge stronger and happier.
